PAYMENTS

Payment should be made immediately. I accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Orders will be dispatched, in accordance to the timescales set out in 'Shipping', once payment has been received in full.

 

SHIPPING

• Every item in my shop is made by me and ready to send. Once an order is placed I will package it and send it out to you within 3 business days.

• All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail - First Class, delivery is usually within 1-3 business days, but can be longer at times. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered once dispatched.

• International orders are usually sent by Royal Mails tracked & signed international delivery. It takes on average 7–14 days for international orders to be delivered to their destination, but in some cases it may be longer, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive once dispatched.

• Proof of posting is always obtained.

• If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, I cannot be held responsible. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Please note that occasionally packages shipped to international destinations are charged taxes, a customs fee (VAT) or other amounts levied by your home country, this is your responsibility. Please check with your local Customs and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

REFUNDS

I want every customer to be 100% happy with what they have purchased, so if in any way you are unhappy I will gladly do whatever I can to make it right. Buyers are expected to pay return postage for returns, unless an item is faulty.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and within 7 days of receipt of said item.

CUSTOM orders - Please be aware that custom orders are not returnable unless there is a fault with an item.

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
